Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator is a support-level position at North Head. 

A Coordinator supports multiple account teams. Coordinators must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills and must be able to adapt to diverse and shifting assignments and deadlines. The focus of the position is on managing and developing research drafts, media lists, editorial calendars, speaking calendars, clipping reports, briefing materials, etc.  

Primary responsibilities:

Maintain relations with key client contacts and develop a clear understanding of clients’ organizational structures

Schedule and coordinate client meetings; keep participants informed of any changes

Research and maintain speaking/editorial opportunities and calendars

Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases

Draft media relations materials

Support media-related events logistics

Proofread and edit internal and external documents, including newsletters, advertorials, analysis reports, invitation letters, news releases, event reports, etc.

Monitor industry policies and conduct related desktop research

Prepare and assist with research reports

Write article summaries, proofread documents, draft pitch letters, and prepare briefing documents

Prepare clipping reports

Complete quality work within tight deadlines

Perform general administrative and financial duties


Bachelor’s degree and above with majors in international relations, politics, journalism, Chinese or English literature, marketing, etc.

At least 1 year full-time professional or internship experience related to PR industries

Effective oral and written (including translation) communication skills in both English and Chinese

A proactive mindset, creativity, multitasking skills, and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)  and search engines
